We’ll explore movement, sensation, and instinct, tapping into the wisdom of our bodies in a way that is playful, liberating, and deeply connected. This is an invitation to surrender to the moment, to feel the pulse of your own aliveness, and to engage with others from a place of authenticity and embodied power.
